My attempt to please some creative people at FABRIKEN.

Yes yes yes. the ones who has not seen pics from the cottage. I have been there now to prepare for winter. So all pots and plants must go into the green house before the frosty nights come along.

I am still enjoying the light inside the cottage. It is nice to experience the summery feelings even though one knows that winter is on it´s way...

My life has been a bit tangled... This hanging made by one of my art students really represents what I have been feeling lately...

And this is what I want it to end up like!

I did a little artistic approach last week with this little painting to a man (who you can see on the right hand lower corner). This is a painting for his 50th birthday. Can you see what he likes to do?

My move from the studio meant paintings everywhere in my house.

The himmeli hanging I made of old books last year had to go somewhere so here it is.

My painting space at the moment is at my work which is an art class room, so here you see

some of my students´work. They are working with abstract and textures. They love that theme.

I should be more red or yellow or maybe even orange
since I have a strong personality but I guess I need this
calm color to land on my feet and dig into those deeper
feelings.

Hi from me!

closet favorite

I really do not like posing
for a camera
but
since I started with Instagram I
kind of have got used to it a
little and I suppose people
want to see you in person from
time to time so I need to loosen up
and just go with the flow.

However,
I paid my work a little
visit the other week and
since I
work with art and my surroundings
always are in creative chaos I cannot
wear my best clothes but now on my
vacation I happened to have my
closet favorite on me so I had to take
a couple
of quick photos in the classroom mirrors.

I know, I know,
I don´t look like
I am so wide awake-
maybe it´s
vacation that makes me a bit lazy looking.

sentimental

I am sorry if I am so sentimental
but when experiencing death
so closely as I have done these past
couple of weeks one gets sentimental.
(A relative of mine past away rather unexpectedly).
I think of life and of death.
I think of work and rest.
I think of how rich I am...when I
see my kids.
